Sausage tree (Hydnocarpus anthelmintica) grows naturally in Tay Nguyen and is planted in parks for shade. Propagation is by seeds, planting time is in January-February. Fruits for medicine can be harvested 9-10 years after planting. This medicine can be used to treat leprosy, itches and scabies.
